Best practices - importing an Online Response Template

Consider the steps below to have a successful file upload!

Be sure to review the following prior to uploading your leads:

  • Templates required for your uploads: Contact MSIGHTS Support or reach out to us on MSIGHTS Messenger to ensure you are using the correct templates. 

  • Accepted values set in the platform are correct: Each template accepts values in a specific format. If you are uncertain about accepted criteria, please reach out to MSIGHTS Support or our Client Engagement team on MSIGHTS Messenger.  

  • Use either Excel or CSV file format: Be sure your file is saved in any of these two formats. Any different format will result in a rejected file.

  • Unhide rows/columns: When uploading your file, our Data Importer will ensure that the headers match the template selected. Otherwise, the file will be rejected. 

  • Remove any filters: If any filters have been applied to your template, please be sure to remove them.

  • Do not submit a file with more than one sheet: MSIGHTS Data Importer will only accept one sheet in each file.
