In this article, you'll learn how to archive a Board in MSIGHTS Reporting.

Archived Boards are Boards that have been hidden or retired from view in your Boards section. This allows you to clean up your view if you have too many Boards and reduce MSIGHTS Reporting load times.

Archived Boards can be:

  • Kept in the Archive for an unlimited amount of time.

  • Included in a Board Search.

  • Restored into your view under the Boards section at anytime.

How do I archive a Board?

  • In the Left Navigation Panel, move your cursor over the Board you want to archive.

  • When the ellipsis icon appears, click on it to open the Board Action menu.

  • From the Board Action menu, click "Archive Board".
