User Permissions are user roles that define the degree of interaction a user can have with a Board, Workbook or Media Planner.

There are 3 types of User Permissions:

  • Owners: Owner permissions are granted by default to the creator of the Board, Workbook or Media Planner. Owners have additional permissions and may edit names, may not be taken off the sharing list, on top of Admin permissions.

  • Admin: Users have the ability to edit the Board, Workbook or Media Planner. If a user has Admin access, manage the user permissions and accessibility of other users.

  • View Only: Users have the ability to only view the Board, Workbook or Media Planner. Users with this permission may not make any edits.
