Conversations is the messaging feature available within MSIGHTS Reporting and Media Briefs.

Conversations help you stay connected with colleagues and working partners within the platform. After you start a conversation, others may reply or share insights to the same thread. Here's an overview of the features:

  • Conversations can be tied to the Board when it's started from the Conversation icon at the Top Navigation Bar or tied to the Widget when it's started from the icon at the top right corner of a Widget, next to Widget settings.

  • Any combination of MSIGHTS users within the same working environment can be added to the same conversation thread. Anyone added to a conversation will receive an email notification.

  • You can tag the conversation with a topic.

  • You also can attach files to the thread or your messages.

  • You can have multiple conversations open any time.

  • By default, you will receive an email notification when new reply is added to the conversation.

  • Replies via email, including file attachments of most commonly used document types will be captured by MSIGHTS conversations.

How do you access Conversations?

You can find the conversations feature in the Top Navigation Bar on the top right corner or at the top right corner of a Widget.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to MSIGHTS Support via the messenger chat window on your bottom right-hand corner at any time or the button below for any questions, support, or feedback. We'd be happy to help!
