MSIGHTS accounts are issued upon request. To request a new account, please email support@msights.com with the email address you wish to register with.
When your MSIGHTS account is ready, you will receive your login details through an email with the subject <Your MSIGHTS Login> from MSIGHTS Client Ops (clientops@msights.com).
What's in your login details email?
The email will contain the following:
Username: This is usually your email address.
Temporary Password: This is a system-generated random password. We recommend keying in the password when logging in for the first time.
Access URL: This is your client-specific MSIGHTS login URL.
How do I log into MSIGHTS?
First, go to the access URL specified in your login details email.
If an access URL is not provided, please use the general access URL at http://login.msights.com.
1) Enter your Username.
2) Enter your temporary Password and click "Sign In".
