Campaign Manager access via Campaign Manager 360 User Interface

In this article, you will find all the steps you need to follow for granting MSIGHTS access to your Campaign Manager 360 ad account. Please note that you need admin rights to add/ change another user's access to the ad account.

  • To check if you have admin rights, try to create a new user profile by navigating to Admin > User profiles > New. If you are unable to create a user profile, you do not have admin rights. Talk to an admin on your account if you need these rights.

Step 1: Log in to Campaign Manager 360 (https://campaignmanager.google.com)

Step 2: Enter the user name provided by your MSIGHTS representative (you can request this via support@msights.com). You will need the user's email to create a new user profile. To create a new user profile, navigate to Admin > User profiles > New.

Step 3: Set user profile properties on the Properties tab, fill in the information, assign "Advanced Agency Media Planner" to the User role, and click on Save.

Step 4: Confirm your advertiser Name and ID with your MSIGHTS representative.
