Please refer to the below steps to add permissions for either accounts above:
Step 1: Please log in to the respective region Advertising console (https://advertising.amazon.com.au/user/management/).
Step 2: Click on “Access Settings” → User → email address of your user.
Step 3: Choose Manage Permissions and select “View and Edit“ permissions.
Step 4: Confirm your partner or advertiser Name and ID with your MSIGHTS representative.
