MSIGHTS Campaign Names is a single source of truth for all current and new Campaign Names that can be utilized in media planning by JDE and Local Agency stakeholders. Within the Campaign Names library, you will find a global consolidated list of all available Campaign Names that are reviewed in a collaborative space - existing Campaign Names can be marked as "keep" or "remove" for next calendar year's (2025) media planning, and new Campaign Name requests can be created according to the JDE validation rules.

Campaign Name requests are reserved for non-global Brands only and must consist of the Creative Copy Name used for your campaign.

The Campaign Names for Global Brands (Jacobs, LOR, Senseo, Tassimo), on the other hand, are pre-determined by JDE Global Branding teams and hence you will not have the option of requesting Campaign Names.

Outline

How to launch the MSIGHTS Campaign Names application

  1. Click on the main application top drawer

  2. Select Campaign Names

Local JDE Teams to mark past (AOP 2024) Campaign Names with "keep" or "remove" for AOP 2025 planning season

At the latest before October 17th, 2024, as part of a global client initiative to consolidate Campaign Names to be used for 2025 media planning, local markets are tasked with marking all existing (AOP 2024) Campaign Names as either "Keep" or "Remove" under the Local Action column.

  1. Select all relevant Campaign Names

  2. Click on Mass Input button to enter editing mode.

  3. In the "Local Action" column, select "Keep - reuse in 2025" if you intend on running campaigns with the Campaign Name or conversely "Remove - do not use in 2025" if you do not intend on re-using the Campaign Name during 2025 for AOP and Tactical Planning. Campaign Names marked as "Keep - reuse in 2025" under the Local Action column will be active for use in 2025 media planning and will be available in MSIGHTS and all plan upload templates.

  4. Enter inputs under the mandatory "Seasonal Campaign" and "Seasonal Campaign Type" fields.

  5. Click on Validate to validate your changes.

  6. Click on Save.

How to create a New Campaign Name

If you have Campaign Names not displayed in the list that you intend on using in 2024 or 2025 planning, Local Media Managers (Local JDE) or Local Agencies can submit a New Campaign Name request.

Prior to submitting a new Campaign Name request, please first check if the Campaign Name currently exists in your local market, by typing in the keyword in the search bar of the Campaign Names application's main library.

  1. Click on the Add Campaign Name

  2. Fill out all mandatory fields. The Campaign Name you wish to create can be inputted under Proposed New Campaign Name.

  3. Click on Save (tick) icon to complete your request. Your request will undergo the below mentioned JDE validation requirements.

JDE Campaign Name Validation Rules:

  • No spaces or symbols (e.g. Always On, CaféNoir).

  • No direct reference to naming taxonomy elements that exist under classification fields such as brand, category or subcategory (e.g. Instant, Beans)

  • No reference to Year (e.g. 2024, 2025).

  • Does not exceed 21 characters

4. Once a Campaign Name created, this will take effect within 2-3 business days across the MSIGHTS platform and plan upload templates.

How to request a Local Campaign Name under a Global Brand

The Campaign Name field for Global Brands are pre-determined by JDE Global Branding teams and cannot be edited. You will find the approved names already activated in MSIGHTS Media Planner as well as your Annual Plan & Tactical Plan templates.
