MSIGHTS HQL by Appointment Media Brief application provides a transparent and efficient tool to all parties from program briefing to contact upload via MSIGHTS Data Importer application.

Introduction to the HQL by Appointment Media Brief Application

This is the first step of an important new process to provide greater efficiencies throughout the HQL by Appointment program planning and execution process between SAP Marketing Teams, SAP Telemarketing Teams, MSIGHTS Teams, and Publishers' Teams.

Why is the HQL by Appointment Program Media Brief online?

How to get to the Media Brief application?

1. Once logged in, in the top left corner, please select the drop-down arrow to open the Applications that are available to you and please select "Media Briefs".

2. If you (Budget Owners) need to create a new brief, please select "Create New", otherwise, if the brief is already existed and you will need to edit only, please select "View/Edit Existing".

Please ensure to select the correct brief to your program. In this case, it should be:

"HQL OC Brief"

3. If you need to create a new brief, you can also click on the "Add HQL OC Brief" blue button in the top right.

If you need to edit the existing brief, please click on the "Campaign Name" hyperlink. Once the brief opens, you will see a Pencil icon on the top right. Please click on the Pencil icon to allow you to edit it.

4. We highly suggest to read the guidance before you start filling the information in the brief. The guidance will provide an information on which section in the brief you should be filling out based on your roles.

5. Once completed, you can click "Save and Submit" button on the top right. If in any case you will need to complete the brief later, please click on the "Save As Draft" to ensure it is saved.

6. Once submitted, each related party in the process chain will receive an email notification to action from MSIGHTS Ops <ops@msights.com> . The emails should look like these depending on the user roles:

If in any case you did not receive an email, please reach out to MSIGHTS.
