In this article, you'll learn how to see and correct error(s) during Media Flight creation in MSIGHTS Media Planner.
When you're in the validation screen of the Media Flight creation process, you can see indicators of accepted and rejected rows next to the Media Line Item in the upload screen.
Blue Tick = All fields are correctly populated and accepted.
Yellow Ticket = All fields are correctly populated but there are duplicated rows.*
Warning = There are errors in this Media Flight. You can move your cursor over the warning indicator to see which cell(s) is being rejected and the reason(s).
Note*: Having duplicate rows may or may not be significant depending on the Business Rules that are implemented for you. Different clients have different configurations. If you need clarification, please reach out to your MSIGHTS Support team.

There are a couple of tools in the Media Flight creation screen to help you find and fix errors. To find the error, you may search for a specific flight or filter them based on specific conditions.
Once you narrowed down to the error, follow the steps below to fix it:
In the Media Flight creation screen, click the "Fix Errors" button to enter edit mode.
Hover over the errors (cells that are highlighted in red), click on it and make your desired correction.
Once the corrections have been made, click on the "Save and Validate" button to validate the data again.
If the error is corrected, the cell will no longer be highlighted in red after validation.
Note: If a field has a drop-down menu, a downward icon will appear on the right of the cell you're editing.
