When an Reporting Alert is triggered, 3 things will happen:
1. The configured Alert will show up in the Widget and filter the data to show only the data that triggered the Alert.
2. All the people that the Alert is configured to notify, will receive an Alert notification in the Alert Notification Bell.
3. If the Alert is configured to send an email, users will also receive an Alert email.
