MSIGHTS Support

Reporting Alerts is the notification feature in MSIGHTS <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4124668-what-is-reporting">Reporting</a>.

Reporting Alerts helps you keep track of campaign performance or flag any data quality issues in a timely fashion by notifying you when certain conditions are met. Here's an overview of the feature:

Can be configured in <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4062027-what-is-a-widget">Widget</a> Settings.

Can be configured to send out a email notification when alerts are triggered.

Reporting Alerts are checked and triggered after each data promotion.

You can see all received Alerts at the Notification Bell in the Left Navigation Bar.

- Can be configured in <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4062027-what-is-a-widget">Widget</a> Settings. 
- Only works on the Simple Table Widgets.
- Conditions can only be set on metrics.
- Can be configured to send out a email notification when alerts are triggered.
- Reporting Alerts are checked and triggered after each data promotion.
- You can see all received Alerts at the Notification Bell in the Left Navigation Bar.

There are 3 parts to the Reporting Alerts feature: 

Widget Alert that shows up when its triggered

Alert Counter next to the <a href="https://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4178598-what-is-a-board" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Board</a> Name

Alert Notification Bell that acts as an inbox to all received alerts.
