In this article, you'll learn how to hide, dismiss or unsubscribe from an Alert in MSIGHTS Reporting.
After the Alert has been triggered, follow the notification to the Board where the Alert originated.
Find the Widget that contained the triggered Alert. You should see a visual indicator of the Alert on the Widget.
The actions Hide, Dismiss or Unsubscribe are available on the visual indicator of the Alert.
Action | Effect |
Hide | Hides the Alert temporarily. It will reappear when the Board is refreshed. |
Dismiss | Dismiss the Alert permanently. It will not reappear when the Board is refreshed. |
Unsubscribe | Unsubscribe from the email notification of the Alert. |
