In this article, we will show you how to share your Workbook.
In the Left Navigation Panel, move your mouse over the Workbook you want to share.
Click on the Ellipsis next to the Board to open the Board Menu.
Select "Share Workbook".
Add the User Group(s) or User(s) to share the Workbook.
Assign User Permission(s) for each User Group or User added.
Click "Save" to confirm the new settings.
Note: Only Workbook Owners or Admin users may share the Workbook. In addition, Users will maintain their admin access if this was granted either at the Board level or at the Workbook level. Individual Board access can still be shared with other users/user groups.
