In the Board Toolbar, click the Board Settings icon to open the Board Actions Menu.
Go to Snapshot and click “Create Snapshot”.
In Snapshot Creation screen, configure the Snapshot as desired. A guide to the fields is available below.
Once you are satisfied with the configuration, click "Create & Send" to send the Snapshot out.
Viewers will receive an email with a link to the Snapshot.
Note: In step 3, you may send a preview email before creating the Snapshot.
Snapshot Setting | Description |
Snapshot Name | Enter the desired name. Default nomenclature is: Snapshot - [Board Name] - DD-MMM-YYYY |
Expiration Date | Select the desired date for the view to expire. Default date is: 30 days after creation date |
Shared with | Add the desired viewers.

Email Content | Enter any text that will accompany the email notification after the Snapshot is created for the desire viewers. |
Data Sharing Acknowledgement | Acknowledgement and confirmation to share data captured in the Snapshot. |
