In this article, you'll learn how the basics of preparing a Data Importer Template for uploading data in the Data Importer application.
There are 2 main steps at this stage:

Where do I download the Data Importer Loader Template?
From the top right corner, click on the Upload icon.
When the pop-up box appears, select the template which you intend to prepare a file for.
You may also view the requirements of the selected template by clicking on the "View Requirements" button.
Click on "Download Loader" and the template will automatically start downloading to your device.
Note: Data Importer Templates are client specific, if you need help with it's preparation please reach out to MSIGHTS Support team.

How do I prepare the Data Importer Template?
After downloading the Template, please go to the download destination of your computer to prepare the template.
When preparing the template, please ensure that you're following the requirements of the template to have a smooth import experience.
