In this article, you'll learn how to save your Import Record for later when you need help in the Data Importer application.
When you encounter a rejected record which you're unsure how to fix, you can save an Import Record so you don't have to restart the whole upload. Here's how you do it:
From the data Import Record, click on the "Cancel Button".
When prompted in the pop-up, you have 3 options: "Continue Editing", "Save for Later" or "Cancel Upload".
Select "Save for Later" to save the Import Record for later. You'll be brought to the Import Summary Record screen and the record status will be in "Pending". Remember your Import Record ID.
To resume your import, go to the Left Navigation Panel, look for the Import Records Section and enter the Import Summary under this section.
When you're in the Imports Summary screen, select the Import Record to resume.
