The technology driving this feature is timed cached data. In computing, “cache” is a component that stores data so that future requests for that data can be served/ loaded faster.

When the Meeting Ready feature is activated, the system will run the dashboard daily at pre-determined timings and will create a cached version of this dashboard including all the widgets and default settings.
