In this article, you will find all the steps you need to follow for granting MSIGHTS access to your DV360 partner and/or advertiser. Please note that you need to have "Admin" access to an entire partner (i.e. are a “partner-level” user) in order to add new users.
Step 1: Log in to your Display & Video 360 account (https://displayvideo.google.com/)
Step 2: Click on the User Management menu from the upper right corner of Display & Video 360:
Step 3: Select "User management":
Step 4: On the user management screen, click "NEW USER":
Step 5: Enter the user name provided by your MSIGHTS representative (you can request this via email@example.com). Then click on "ADD PARTNERS OR ADVERTISERS " (you can only grant access to partners and advertisers you have access to):
Step 6: On the page that appears, check each partner and/or advertiser you want to grant access to and then click "SELECT":
Step 7: Select the checkbox next to each partner and/or advertiser and click on "ACTION":
Then under "Change role", select "Standard" or "Read Only" (Read Only is required for MSIGHTS to integrate Budget/Spend Planned data).
After selecting the relevant role, you will just have to click on “SAVE” and the user will have access.
Step 8: Confirm your partner or advertiser Name and ID with us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
