In this article, you will find all the steps you need to follow to give MSIGHTS access to your Xandr member or advertiser. You must provide Network, Network Observer, or Advertiser user role access.
Step 1: Log in to the Xandr account page (https://invest.xandr.com/)
Step 2: In the upper right corner of your account, click the "Member Users" or "Advertiser Users" depending on the level of access you would like to share:
Step 3: Click on "+ New":
Step 4: Under the "User Details" tab, enter the following information:
First Name: MSIGHTS
Last Name: Data Integration
State: Active
Email: Enter the user name provided by your MSIGHTS representative (you can request this via support@msights.com)
Reporting Decimal Format: Point
Numerical Format: 1,000.00 (Comma, Point)
Username: Reach out to your MSIGHTS representative to receive the user's email (in case you have not received this already)
Step 5: Under the "Role & Permissions" tab, assign as "Network", "Network Observer", or "Advertiser" user role(s) and then click on "Save":
Step 6: Confirm your member or advertiser Name and ID with your MSIGHTS representative.
