In this article, you will learn about the icon functionality in a general board and a widget.

Icons In A General Board

At the top of the board, there are following icons:

Favorite the widget

Start a conversation

On the upper left-side panel, there are following icons:

Search for workbook

Favorite boards and workbooks. Click here to learn more about it.

View all the workbooks you have access to and create new workbook

View all boards you have access to and create new board

View the snapshots, which is a static view of board data. Click here to learn more about it

View data exchange

Archive any workbooks

On the lower left-side panel, there are following icons:

View all notifications

User's profile. It displays the user's profile picture or initials of the user. There are 3 sub-actions.

*Remark: This is pertaining to user's information

  • edit your profile information

  • view which user groups you have access to

  • logout

When you hover a widget, you will see following icons

There are 3 actions:

To change the widget criteria, you can take the following steps:

  • Click on the wheel icon and a widget setting window pops up

  • Choose the section you want to change
