MSIGHTS Support

In this article, we will show you how to remove a <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4127760-what-is-snapshots" target="_blank">Snapshot</a> in MSIGHTS <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4124668-what-is-reporting" target="_blank">Reporting</a>.

From the Left Navigation Panel, hover over the Snapshot you want to remove.

Click on the Ellipsis next to the Snapshot to open the Snapshot Menu.

When prompted, click "Yes" to confirm the deletion. Kindly note that Snapshots are not recoverable once deleted. To hide a Snapshot from view, please Archive it instead.

1. From the Left Navigation Panel, hover over the Snapshot you want to remove.
2. Click on the Ellipsis next to the Snapshot to open the Snapshot Menu.
3. Select "Remove".
4. When prompted, click "Yes" to confirm the deletion. Kindly note that Snapshots are not recoverable once deleted. To hide a Snapshot from view, please Archive it instead.

<i>Note: From the Snapshot Menu, it's also possible to <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4107933-how-do-i-favorite-a-board" target="_blank">Favorite</a> a Snapshot, Add it to a <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4111501-how-do-i-add-a-board-to-my-workbook" target="_blank">Workbook</a>, <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4521250-how-do-i-rename-my-board" target="_blank">Rename</a> and <a href="http://s1-support.msights.com/en/articles/4110621-how-do-i-archive-a-board" target="_blank">Archive</a> Snapshots. </i>
